2008 Friday Night Receptions and Other Non-NACAC Sponsored Events

If you are interested in or planning to hold a reception, meeting or event in conjunction with the National Conference, you are required to complete and submit the Auxiliary Meeting Reservations Form to the NACAC Conference Team for approval (and space assignment, if necessary).

No outside events may be scheduled during times that conflict with official conference sessions or related events, and first priority for space will be allotted to NACAC events.

If you elect to use space contracted for by NACAC, there will not be a rental fee, but there may be fees associated with changing the room set. Catering and AV costs for non-NACAC sponsored events must be directly billed to the host organization.
